A. Yes, they are transferable, but for convenience, it is easy
and affordable to have additional pairs for frequently worn
shoes. With over 100 shapes you can get your size at a fraction
of the cost of custom products.
Q. I am a skier; will they work in my ski boots?
A. Yes, they are great for all edge control sports; the Rigid
model & Crush Active will give you the best results.
Q. I have different-size feet and they need a special shape. Can you fit me?
A. Yes, our CRUSH product is custom and we can fill any of your
needs. Even cheaper than what stores charge for prefabricated
models.

Q. Is
there a guarantee for MOSZKITO?
A. Yes,
there is a lifetime guarantee against breakage on the footbed shell.
Sandals are warranted against defective materials and workmanship
that occur apart from normal wear. Exchanges on sandals are
fine if the sandal has not been worn
Q. What if I want to exchange for a different size?
A. Send
exchanges to the address below and include a check for $7.95
for shipping and handling. (All packages should be sent via
a traceable method
such as US Mail Delivery Confirmation. Moszkito Inc. is not responsible
for packages lost in transit.)

Q. What methods of payment does MOSZKITO accept?
A. We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover Card, money orders,
cashier's checks and personal checks. Address all checks and money orders to
Moszkito. We will hold all orders paid by personal check for 19 days or until
the check clears.

Q. What are my choices for shipping within the United States?
A. We offer several shipping methods: We offer FedEx and USPS.
Q. What are the rates for International Shipping?
A. International shipping charges are $25.00 USPS Airmail.
Q. When will my order ship?
A. All orders requesting Best Ground service will be shipped the next business
day unless the order is received by 7:00 a.m. Arizona Standard Time. Those
orders requesting 2nd Day or Next Day delivery will be shipped the same business
day,
if and only if the order is received by 9:00 a.m. Arizona Standard Time. The
orders that miss the noon deadline will be shipped the following business day
(Monday-Friday, excluding Holidays). Delivery to Alaska and Hawaii will take
up to 7 additional days.
